Due to some personal reasons I had to leave USA and so I had to to leave my job. I resigned and left my job on last friday and on saturday I left USA. So in my case, if I again want to start working in USA what should I do ? Is H1B transfer okay ? OR Do I fall into the fresh quota of H1B and have to wait to be one of the 65000 lucky ones ?
