I have provided all the RFE documents including ECL.When could I expect the closure of RFE and by what time I could expect the next status Update.Can someone tell me what would be the next action that I would have to do.

 

Should I expect a smooth processing of H1B from hereon.

Wait patiently. It may be approved and then it may be denied. There is no time frame except with PP.

It is impossible to predict the duration of the process or if the process would be smoot. Check with your attorney on the response part.
