I-140 is approved in 2009 with priority date september 2008. Now do I need to apply for fresh H1 next year Or is there any other option please let me know. Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted July 15, 2013 Report Share Posted July 15, 2013 You are eligible for H1 extensions not subject to cap. Since you are not working for the sponsor how do you know they have not revoked the I-140/ Get in touch ASAP with the sponsor and ask whether they want you. This is one situation where a frank discussion with a Lawyer even by phone will help you immensely. Link to comment
