Ashish_T
Hi everyone, I know someone already might have asked this type of question, but my case can be bit different. Here is my situation - 1. I spent 5 years in US on H1B visa with Company A and this company started my GC and had my I-140 approved. 2. Towards the end of 5th year, I left company A and joined company B and got 3 years of extension (till October 2015) based on previously approved I-140. 3. Now, due to some reason I have to leave existing company (company B). Now, although I have an approved I-797 till October 2015 but my I-140 with Company A has been revoked. I will be completing 6 years this year in October 2013, is there any way, I can still get 7th year extension with new company (say company C) based on I-140 which was approved previously but now has been revoked because I left that company ? Please guide me. Ashutosh Link to comment
pontevecchio
H1 till 2015 is possible. You need a Lawyer involved. The existing 3 year extension should stand even if the I-140 was revoked. Rules change all the time. Get a Lawyer. Link to comment
designflaw
If I140 is revoked, you cannot get 3 year extensions. Link to comment
pontevecchio
The existing 3 year extension stands even were the I-140 to be revoked today. Link to comment
