I have applied for H1 and it got picked up in the lottery. Still waiting for approval. Meanwhile before it comes, i have an urgency to go to host country, India. I am doing a manager role here. Can i apply for a COS(change of status) from L1B to L1A now while the H1 petition is still getting processed ? Please clarify. Thanks Link to comment
