Lost passport I94

Hi,

I recently lost my Indian passport.

I have already applied for a new one.

My question is about I-94.

I got a paper I-94 when I came back to US in April 2013 (just before they stopped giving the paper ones) which was lost with the passport.

 

But I can go to the website: i94.cbp.dhs.gov/ 

 

and I can print a new I-94 from there (my data is already available through that website).

Do I still need to apply for a new paper I-94 via www.uscis.gov/i-102‎ ?

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Please check the validity of your visa and lost I94 first. 

my i94 is valid till 2015, As i lost my passport and I94 forms, my i94 is valid till 2015

So i applied replacement by filling I 102 form and paid 330$ again and got it back in a month.
