EAD - Employment Change

Background:

1. Priority Date: Sept 2009

2. Green Card : EB2

3. Currently my EAD expires on May 2015

4. Job Profile: Aviation Planner - Designing and Building airports worldwide.

5. EAD has crossed 180 day requirement with current employer

Question:

I have a job offer from a South Korean Engineering company, based in Seoul, in their Aviation department working on a Korean work visa.Job profile is exactly the same with higher managerial resp.

Can i take up this offer and still maintain my green card status ? What happen to my EAD ?
