Hello

I have visa appointment in Vancouver on August 26th (Monday).

I am planning to fly on August 25th but what about return trip? Do you think its wise to buy return ticket once passport is available after stamping?

All people who are going to Vancouver for stamping, please suggest.

I will be flying from Dallas.

I am thinking of booking return flight for August 28th (Wednesday) for now..

Thank you..!!

I dont think thats a good idea, you never know when will ur passport return, as it depends on case to case basis.. 1 frd recently got it by 2 days only, i got it after 5 days..

So better dont book ur return ticket.

Dallas has direct flights from Vancouver. So I would suggest one way is better you can book return flight once your Visa is approved and passport ready to pick up. Thats what i saw most of the people doing.

Ok. Return flight the same day are almost double the price than regular price.

Anyway,  that seems to be good idea..

If the round trip flight is cheap...enter US and just discarding trip to Canada.

What do you mean by 'dump the return to Canada'?

Sorry I did not get that terminology.
