My company X is in one state and i live in different state,Will it be any problem if my employer run the payroll during maternity period with my house address?? I understand that LCA and petition to be filled and i guess my employer will take care that part, so do my employer is Ok to file just LCA for house address or amended petition is also required for 3-4 months maternity work period??
