If i want to re-apply again, do i need to complete new ds-160 form or else can i use the existing ds-160 form. Need help on this asap, so that i can look for appointment dates. Thank you, Krish.

I am from australia, VO asked me why not study in australia itself, why do you want to go for US. Apart from that my bro stays in US, VO asked do you have any one who stays in US, then i said yes, he kept asking me what he does and all that stuff. And finally he said, Sorry Sir, i cant issue a visa at this point of time. Thats it.
