sunilinfo9
My niece (2 years) has a Canadian passport and he's currently in INDIA and never been to outside of INDIA since he's born. He got Canadian passport because his Dad is a Canadian citizen. Now we are planning to bring him to US directly from INDIA for 2 weeks. As we know, any Canadian passport holder don't need separate US Visa to enter US..Is this will be true in my niece case too? since he has Canadian passport even though he's never been to Canada. Or do you think we'll face some immigration issues by US homeland security at the airport while entering? Please provide your comments and suggestions. Thanks Link to comment
