I am not sure if they wud agree for me to join after 4 months wait , plz advise.Thx. Link to comment
Sreejn
My dilema is : do I give my current H1b ( valid till 09/30/13) copy to the new company for transfer or do i give the new H1b (valid from 09/30/13- 09/29/16) ? Link to comment
ksribhas
Giving the old H1 B approval should be enough. You can have multiple H1 B approvals but you can only work for one employer at a time uness it is a multi employer H1. Link to comment
Belle
If you have had the COS/extention approved, then you need to give them the new petition. You new H1 should end in 2016. Link to comment
pontevecchio
A transfer is also a new non cap petition. send them copies of both approvals. Better yet, Feel free to ask the company HR/ Lawyer what documents they want. Link to comment
Sreejn
Yes, the extension petition is already approved. Link to comment

So, three different answers are not enough, you want more? This why you need to pay for a real lawyer - just a consultation will do you lots of good. Link to comment
Sreejn
Thanks Belle, I took your advise and consulted Murthy law and they helped. I assumed some one may have been in similar situations earlier and they could add some input. That is the reason behind my query , thank you though. Link to comment
