Both, my wife and I, also have EADs from my current employer. 1. What happens to my wife's H4 if I switch job with different employer on EAD? She is not planning to work on EAD. Link to comment

Belle Posted June 19, 2013 Report Share Posted June 19, 2013 You don't have EADs from your current employer. You have EADs from the immigration service. Your EAD has no impact on your wife's H4. Your H1 does. If you are no longer in status on H1, your wife is out of status on H4. Link to comment

xdesi Posted June 20, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 20, 2013 Thank you all for response. Lawyer told me that once I join on EAD, it's possible to apply H1B later for CP and activate if I need in future. Do you know of anyone who has gone back to H1B from EAD? Link to comment
