H1Slaves Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 Hi Folks, I'm planning on India Travel in July. My H1B Visa stamp expires on 08/08/13. I do have a valid I-797 until 2014 October. How late is late for re-entry to US nearing H1B visa expiry? Can I re-enter in US lets say on July 25th? I would like to know if someone had any bad experiences where they rejected re-entry to US.
