Ananthcsz
I got a job offer and moved from Employer A to Employer B. Previously when I was working with Employer A , they applied for my Labor and it was approved recently after I joined with Employer B. Can I apply I 140 with Employer A working with Employer B. Any suggestion would be really helpful. Thank you. Link to comment
omshiv
Yes, your previous employer can file for I-140. Link to comment
Shruti1983
Make sure the Labor approval is not more than 6 months ago before you file the I-140. 6 months is expiry of the PERM approval. Link to comment

Ananthcsz
One more question, if in case I get my I 140 approved by filling with Employer A and if my Employer B is ready to process my GC later this year , can I transfer my priority date or I have to start the process from the beginnning. Can you please advise on this. Link to comment
pontevecchio
You can keep the original PD. BUT the process has to be redone from start...PERM etc. Link to comment
