B2 Visa - No admission stamp on passport and unable to retreive I-94 online

My parents entered the U.S. via San Francisco airport on May 30. They were sent to additional clearance at the immigration and there they were not given an admisision stamp on the passport. Also I am not able to retreive the I-94 from the website (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html) for both of them. Now am not sure what needs to be done.

Any help would be appreciated.
