I94 Expiry Date - H1 Visa Date or Petition Date

Hi

I have my Initial Petition/H1 B Visa/ I 94 Valid till Aug 1 2013

My Company filled the H1 B Extension and Received Approval till Aug 2016

I am planning for Vacation in June 2013 . I can reenter US without New Stamping because my Visa is still Valid

My Question is What would be the date on I94 , Will it be Aug 1 2013 or Aug 2016 which is new approved Petition

Always the new Petition date. Make sure that the new expiry is correct. Open your mouth and ask him what the I94 expiry date is , before leaving the POE counter.
