H1B stamping and W2-Urgent

Hello Al,

Would appreciate if you can help me.Iam goign for H1 stamping

I lost the W2 form of previous employer.

My W2 of current employers I have.

I contacted the previous employer HR and they emailed me a copy.

I wish to know the following:

#1.Is W2 of previous employer required to be carried in the first place

#2.The copy of the W2 I got in the email has no IRS seal or any thing,will that be sufficiant
