hello

whenever you take vacation,for months, staying out side of US while on h1b...and you dont get paid.

is it better to get a leave of absence or letter of sabbatical from your employer...so that there wont be any question

during visa stamping.

please advise.

if there is any sample letter as such kindly let me know the same.

is it required for H1B employers ,by law, to pay you on sabbatical or whenever you are outside of US say for 2-6months ?

NOI, It is not required that they pay you while on vacation more than allowed as per your contract.
