G-639 FORM FOR I140 COPY

Hello,

I am mailing G-639 Form to get the copies of I-140 docs. Before that I have a question, do I need fill the details in hand-writing or can I type/print.

Appreciate if some one filled the this form recently.

Usually you will not get copies of the I-140 approval by filing a FOIA request. YMMV as some people have got lucky and the USCIS has sent the copy of the I-140 by error. If you have an approved I-140 have a Lawyer help you instead of filing the request or in addition to filing the request.
