tampa33 Posted May 23, 2013 Author Report Share Posted May 23, 2013 My H1B was approved from Oct 2011 to Aug 2014. i got stamped last year. i have the visa and H1B approvel until Aug 31 2014. the only issue is instead of writing 2014 they written 2013 on I94 when i entering into the USA in December 2012.
