H1B Work Permit extension and H1B Transfer at same point in time.

Hi Guys,

This is Krish 2013.Currently i am with the organization "A" and working in USA on H1B Visa and i need to apply for my H1B Work Permit extension from the organization "A" as the work permit is getting expired in the month of Dec-2013.

I would like to know whether i can switch to the company "B" from "A" in USA while the H1B Work Permit extension is InProgress from the Organization "A" as i need to apply for H1B Transfer for the new Organization "B".

Altogether can i have H1B Work Permit extension InProgress from the Organization "A" and H1B Transfer to the Organization "B" at same point in time.

Please help me on this.
