I-94 is valid till OCT 2014 I accepted an offer from Company B and filed for H1 transfer in April 2013. Its currently in RFE. Meanwhile, Company C is interested in me. Can they file for H1 transfer using Company A's petition? please respond ASAP

pontevecchio Posted June 27, 2013 Report Posted June 27, 2013 They can file based on the fact that you have time left in your initial total of 6 years and it means they have to file and get a H1 petition approved for you.
