Extendending the H1B to 7th year

I worked in Company A. During that time I processed and completed my labor and I-140 in another company B as future employee. I was waiting for priority date to apply I-485. Before priority date comes Company B bankrupted. Now if I join to another company C, whether they can apply extension for my current H1B which is expiring in Dec 2013, to another 3 years using the labor and I-140 of Company B?

I am having my current H1B with employer D which if I want to work for company C, whether Company C can transfer that H1B to them from Company D even if Company D terminates me due to lack of project. If possible is there any time frame is there by which it needs to transfered.
