can H4 extension, COS to F1 be done parallel ??

Can COS H4 to F1 be done while H4 extension has been filed with USCIS and is in process ?

I am not sure but you cannot submit 2 different applications to USCIS at the same time. You will be confusing them. Just pick the best option. When ur doing COS why do you want to extend H4.
