alfredo123 Posted May 3, 2013 Report Share Posted May 3, 2013 All, I am eligible for promotion and have had EAD for more than 180 days. GC was applied in EB2 category. The title change will be such however that the old title needed MS degree with 2 years experience and the new title will NOT need MS degree but needs 4-6 years experience. Job Responsibilities however will remain more or less the same. Do you guys see any problems or issues with taking the promotion? Link to comment
