F1 to H4 to H1 change of status?

Hi,

I have got the receipt notice for my H1b approval starting oct 2013.

My current status: F1

Planning to Change status to : H4 until oct 2013

Status from Oct 1 : H1b

I am currently enrolled in school (F1), but If I change my status from F1 to H4 now, will there be any issues going on to H1 b in october 2013? Should I continue being on F1?

Any suggestions are welcome.

You should help yourself and talk to the company Lawyer before making any decisions. Why change now to H4 status?
