H-4 visa question (dependant of L1 to H1 conversion)

Dear Sirs,

Recently my spouse is planning to travel to India along with my son. Both are with me in USA now on H-4 visa.

I converted my visa from L1 to H1 last year with CoS, and I do not have the H1 visa stamped on my passport. (Last time I entered to USA on L1 visa, and my spouse/son on L2)

Will they have any issue with H-4 visa stamping in India, because my passport is not stamped with H1 visa ?

No, you are good to go.

No issues based on this matter. They will obviously make sure you are in valid H1 status with stubs etc.

They need your H1B documents. While they may carry both; they need to be sure to present the latest H-1B petition.
