Valid H1b from oct1,2011 from Comp A.Can I fly to USA for Comp B

Hi

I currently stay in India.Currently holding a Valid H1b Visa which is applied by Company A starting from Oct 1,2011 to 2014.I got another offer from Company B where its joining date is Nov 25,2011.Can i fly to USA on November 3rd week and join Company B.My Current company if offering very less package in USA and Date of travel will be next year March.So as i was holding a valid Visa now ,can i join Company B in USA by submitting my resignation in company A in India.

* Do Company A has any right to cancel my Visa ?

* Is it a must to join company A first ?

The visa is a stamp. A petition is an approved H1 petition. If you want to work for B they need to file and get a H1 petition approved for you.
