10 days Gap in Switching job - H1B

Dear Experts,

URGENT

H1B is approved by company B, thus after confirmation, resigned from Company A (current).

As now getting released from company A, Company B is likes me to join after 10 Days.

Resulting no payroll for 10 Days.

1. Likes to know will there be issue?

2. Will this impacts my H1B Status?

3. Any issues for future like GC or H1B stamping etc?

You have up to 60 days to join the new sponsor. Hence you should be OK. But in any matter where you are in the firing line help yourself and spend some money on a Lawyer.
