I came to US on H1 B to Company A in 2001 September.

I did tranferred my H1 from Company A to Company B in 2003

Company B filed Labor for Green in 2004 December

Labor certified in 2007 January , filed I-140 in 2007 November

2008 September I-140 got denied

2008 October filed I-290B (Appeal on denied I-140) .

From 2008 to 2012 I have got H1 B extension every 1 year based on Pending I-290B

In 2012 March H1B transferred from Company B to Company C

H1 B extension granted from March 2012 to March 18th 2013.

Company C applied perm in December 2012 which is in pending status currently with Labor departement.

Company C applied H1 B extension again in Jan 24th 2013 based on Pending I290B (Online status for 290B says as pending)

We got an RFE on H1B saying that 290B being withdrew by Company B in May 2012, we have time to answer the RFE till May 22nd 2013.

Today April 19th Company C asking not to work till they got Perm filed in December followed I-140 approval followed by H1 B filing. they are infact asking me to travel outside of the US.
