Currently I am attending 12th grade - graduating in about 8 weeks. I got undergrad admission in Canada. If I decide to stay away from US for my undergrad studies?. I am wondering do I need to take USCIS permission. Is there a potential risk of loosing my US greencard if I stay out of US for extended period of time? Appreciate any suggestions / guidence.
