Passport expired H1b

Hello,

Following are the dates as mentioned :

1) I-94 date in passport -- Set'2012. H1B renewal processed before that

2) 2nd H1B dates : 6/4/2012 to 5/29/2015. I have not yet gone for stamping again out of the country.

3) Passport expiry date : 3/10/2013.

So, as you can see above, my passport has expired now and I have not done stamping yet for my new H1B. Am I out of status? Is this a problem? I am trying to get my passport renewed immediately but will this be an issue when I go for my next H1-B stamping?

No. Your passport expiry does not have anything to do with in status or out of status. Since you already have an approved H1 B valid till June 2015 you shud be good.
