I-94 expiring on old I-797 Do I have any options?

1) Company A filed for my H1b in Jul 2011 and I got approved I-797 till July 31, 2014. I got my visa stamped with this I-797 appr

2) I changed company B in Jan 2012. This Company B filed my H1b and I got my I-797 approved till Jan 2013 - working here ever since. Have W2 & paystubs

3) I travel to India in Sep 2012. Got back and a new I-94 issued at POE was set to an expiry date of Jan 2013 with new employer I797.

4)I applied h1b extension in June 2012 I got 3 years till June 2015.

5)Big mistake I did in Nov 2012 when I coming back from India I showed my Visa form Company A forgot to show the approved I 797 from Company B they gave me I94 on Compnay A visa expire date what should I do now.

=> You need to contact local CBP office or CBP at port or entry. If you fail to update it on time, you may need to leave USA and re-enter to ensure the correct I94.

Not presenting current I797 at POE may also be taken as falsified presentation of information for immigration purposes.
