Question about birth cert for Cross Chargeablity

Planning to file i485 with Murthy Law but I have a question before i file:

Husband and Wife are Indian Citizens. Wife was born in Iran. At that time, only the Indian embassy issued birth certificate to Indian citizens. We have :

Proof of birth from hospital

Birth cert. from Indian Embassy in Iran

Are these documents valid? or we need a BC from Iranian government/muncipality ?

we contacted iranian embassy and they said they dont issue for indians.
