Very soon my husband would be applying for H-4!!

Hi,

I want to bring my husband on H-4 visa as soon as Possible to USA.But there are so many loop holes in his situation -

1) He got rejected twice on F-1 visa.

2) Again on F-2 visa.

3) Recently,his business visa got denied last year December 2012 (he got opportunity through his USA client - united health group) -he is working in India (outsourcing company).

Can anybody suggest me-Will there be any rejection again if he apply for H-4 now as his visa got rejected many times on different visa types.

I am on H1b since October 2012 and i got my stamping done in Canada and I have a approved h1b visa now till sep 2015.So,kindly help me out with this case!

I would strongly suggest that you discuss his situation with the firm of Murthy before he applies.
