Below are my details

First H1B Visa Issue Date : 04 SEPT 2008

H1B Visa Expiry Date : 19 Sept 2010

H1B Status Valid Upto : 12/30/2013

First Time H1B Visa : No

Year on H1B : Sixth

Green Card Status (EB2) : Applied Labor on 03/21/2013 (USCIS Received Date)

Green Card Labor Status : Not Known Yet

Education : B.E(ECE)

Passport Valid Upto : Feb 2023

Nationality : Indian

I am Planning to go for my H1B Visa stamping. Can you please provide me details on where i can apply my h1b Visa.

Can you please let me know the procedure to apply for my H1B Visa.

I am an IT consultant. Between Jobs I had stayed on bench also.

Have you done your Master's in USA?

First Time H1B Visa : No ----- So you have done it once, and still ask the same Q? Make sure you have explanation for bench time. That is a big No-No for visa stamping. Rest is your decision to make

Since you are on bench, atleast make sure all your W2's are greater than LCA. If not then it is a problem.
