jayesh_18in
I am currently working with a company A on L1 visa which is expiring in Mid April 2013. I have my H1b visa approved a couple of months back from company B. My I-94 from L1b visa is expiring in Jan 2016. My question is can i legally work in the USA after my visa expires as I have valid I-94 upto 2016? Can I switch to H1b visa after my L1 visa expires. Will there be any issues? Link to comment

Jayesh..you can work up to your i-94 expiry date..But I want to ask how was your H1 filed..Was it a COS or CP.If your H1 was filed as COS then you should be with your H1 employer Link to comment
