I have been on work means H1B visa. But my visa has been expired in Sep 2011 means I have no status in USA and I am from India. If I marry to the person (his citizenship of India) who has Green Card or citizenship of USA, what will be my status?

You should discuss your situation with a Lawyer. Only a genuine marriage for genuine reasons can help you to stay, and they will probe very deeply.

what is your current status??

If you planning to marry USC for GC then that's not a good idea. Even if you marry USC, you have to show your current valid status.

Are you in the US or abroad?

If you are in the US, you are out of status. Marriage doesn't change that. And a GC application wouldn't get approved because you are out of status.

You need to see a good immigration lawyer.
