samgpt Posted March 23, 2013 Report Posted March 23, 2013 When going for a new visa stamp for different visa category or different employer without resigning from the current employer, can the Visa Officer see that the current payroll is still active and hence cause problems? I heard that a visa comes into play only when entering the US with that visa, and not at the time of stamping. Is that correct? Appreciate any help in this regard.
