tanishkaa Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 My current H1b is good through March 2014 but visa stamp is expired which was with earlier employer. Also I am no longer working for the client which my current employer submitted the client letter for the same during process. Now, I am working for new client ( with same employer) , Suppose if I need to stamping then will there be any issues ? I heard there is need to file petition for changed client, Is that true? Please clarify.
