H1B Transfer - Want to go Back to Previous Employer - URGENT

Hi ,

I have got my H1B extension approved for 3 years from feb 2012 to feb 2015 for company A . I transfered from company A to Company B and I got H1B approved from APR 2012 to APR 2013 ( through premium processing). I am working with Company B from APR 2012 to current date . Company B filed for my H1B extension ( through premium processing) and got a RFE .

Now, I want to go back and work for my previous employer (Company A). Company A has not yet revoked my H1B?

1. Can I go back to Company A and work with my OLD H1B (Feb 2012 - Feb 2015)?

2. Does company A has to file another H1B transfer?

3. If I can work for company A then does company B has to withdraw my RFE ?
