I'm planning to travel to my country this May'2013. My question is after H-1 approval in the month of April'2013 can i travel to my country on OPT in the month of May'2013 ? Is it safe to travel so? pontevecchio Posted March 17, 2013 Report Share Posted March 17, 2013 If you travel while a COS is pending the H1 petition may be approved though not the COS. The question is whether you feel you will have a problem getting the H1 visa//? Link to comment
