Hi,

My original H1b was approved on 07/05/2011. I came to the US on H1b on 10/09/2011. The original H1b approval period was till 03/15/2012. My I94 expired on 03/15/2012. My employer 1 filed two extensions to my H1, to two different processing centers at the same time without my knowledge, one normal processing with Vermont service center on 03/15/2012 and the other using Premium Processing with California service center on 03/15/2012. The one that was filed with California was denied on 07/09/2012 and my employer 1 has filed MTR for the denial. While this is in process, the approvals are pending, I decided to change employer and on 07/27/2012 new employer 2 applied for H1 transfer / extension with Vermont service center and new employer 2 has changed that to premium process on 10/23/2012. This case is still in acceptance state. Meanwhile my old case filed by my old employer 1 got denied on 02/05/2013. I’m very much worried about my current status in USA. Am I eligible to work on the extension receipt number, if so then for how long can I work? What are my options? Please suggest me what is the best option you think to make my status legal.
