Hi,

When i was in opt last year, i was in location XX and my employer is in location YY. Eventhough i worked completely at client location XX, my payroll was ran in YY location with some address on paychecks. And after coming on to H1b status my pay check was in XX location.

What should i need to answer if VO asks a question about it?

As long as your latest pay stubs have the correct address you should be good. OPT is not a huge issue. You can say you were travelling from location YY to work in location XX during OPT. And then after some time you moved to location XX permanently.
