If immigration is filed, can i enter in USA on H1 B Visa

Hi,

I am new to this forum and this may be already discussed but want to confirm again.

If my family is filing immigration visa and this would take long time to enter in USA.

1.) Can I enter in USA on H1 B visa or I'm eligible for H1 B visa if immigration is already filed.

2.) Can i enter in USA on B1/B2 visa as i already hold this visa.

Please let me know.

An H1 allows immigration intent, so there is no problem with that. A B1/B2 doesn't allow immigration intent.

1. Yes. To be precise H1 is a dual intent visa allowing for Immigrant Intent. 2. Yes. If they directly ask you about Immigrant intent in any shape or form you have to be truthful and YMMV in that case. Usually and normally this should not be the case and you can visit.
