chinna444 Posted February 27, 2013 Report Share Posted February 27, 2013 Hi friends, In last year 2012 my employer paid for 4 weeks(april) even i am on vacation but in the same year (sep) i took additional 3 more weeks for which i am not paid for. mine is a bi weekly pay check. so for september i have only 1 paycheck with one week of pay. I don't have any other gaps other than that in last 2 years. does it make any problem for my h1b stamping? please let me know. thanks in advance. thanks, chinna. Link to comment
