Spouse green card family/employment

Hi, I am in a dilemma with a may/may not possible issue. My PD is Aug 2006 and I applied I-485 in 2007. I am getting married in June 2011 and coming back in mid July 2011. She has H1 Visa and so she is not dependent on my status. If in worst case my PD becomes current in July and my green card is approved just before I come here or within a week,

what category I485 comes under if I485 applied for her, family/employment?

Does my employment PD valid for her?

Do they have a window period like if marriage happens before I485 approval, spouse's I485 can be applied based on the same employment based category?

If you marry her before you get the GC she can file AOS if the priority dates are still current.
