I plan to go to Nogales Mexico for H1b visa renewal stamping in Feb 2013..has someone had a recent experience?

Any inputs on where to stay, days it took, would be greatly helpful.

I did look at earlier Forum postings, but didn't find anything posted recently?

(wondering if Nogales is a good option for renewal visa stamping?)
