arjunanand Posted January 29, 2013 Report Posted January 29, 2013 Hi All, I am not sure how to calculate the period i have used on my H1B. is it calculated just based on the approved dates on i-797 or for the days i have stayed in US? in my case I was out of country for 10 months, back home during Admin Processing on my visa but working remotely. working remotely would considered as using my H1b please advise.
